We are now living and working under accelerated change and disruption.
A good deal of what was, will no longer be. A good deal of what was coming, will get here faster.
This change and disruption is exposing useful ways of doing things, and less useful ways of doing things. Although it brings discomfort and pain, it is creating new expectations, new rules, and new opportunities. It is sweeping away dust and cobwebs, and complacency.
There is now a new, very clear boundary between “before” and “after” -- with powerful consequences for the way we work, build organizations, and plan the future of our communities.
In the middle of the powerful currents of change and disruption that began in 2020, there is a vital need for leaders — the builders, the connectors, the healers, the creators, the explorers, the doers, the optimists — to navigate the pathways necessary for recovery and renewal.
